  • Where do you ship from?

    Most orders ship from our cozy home base in South Carolina, but sometimes we send packages from wherever we’re traveling! No matter where we are, your shipping cost and delivery time stay exactly the same.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    We accept returns of unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges for color or size may be available depending on stock. Just email us at knotsandwhiskers@gmail.com to get started.

  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

    Yes! If you’re located near one of our travel stops, upcoming markets or service areas, we’re happy to arrange local pickup or drop-off for pet care clients or product orders. Availability varies based on where we’re currently adventuring — just reach out to check!

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. Custom crochet orders may require up to 10 business days to process. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 7 business days, and international orders within 14 business days (depending on customs). You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Are your crochet items safe for pets?

    Yes! All Knots & Whiskers toys and accessories can be handcrafted with pet-safe materials and tested for durability. Please note at check out if an item in your order is intended for a pet (we won’t use safety eyes or other small pieces). That said, no toy is indestructible — always supervise playtime and retire worn items to keep your pet safe and happy.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a pet care booking?

    We totally understand that plans change! Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service receive a full credit (minus any deposit) toward a future booking. For cancellations within 48 hours, your deposit may be forfeited. In case of emergencies or prohibitive weather, we always do our best to reschedule without penalty.
