Shipping Policy
Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to process your order (or up to 10 business days for custom crochet). Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Origin
Most orders ship from our home base in South Carolina, though sometimes we send packages from wherever the Knots & Whiskers crew is currently traveling. No matter where we’re parked, your shipping cost and delivery timeframe stay the same — our adventures never add to your total!
Shipping Carrier
We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. usually arrive within 7 business days. International orders generally arrive within 14 business days, depending on customs and local carrier timelines.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking number included in your confirmation email. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Knots & Whiskers is not responsible for carrier or customs delays once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you and your pets love your Knots & Whiskers items! Because each piece is handcrafted with care, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure every experience is fair and kind.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order crochet goods) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product swaps within 14 days of delivery, if inventory allows.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item arrives back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Service Policy
Knots & Whiskers offers a range of pet care, travel support, and adventure services designed with flexibility and compassion in mind.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your booking. This amount is applied toward your total balance.
Full payment is typically due at or before the start of service, depending on the type of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service will receive a full credit (minus the deposit) toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of service start time may forfeit the deposit or a portion of the service total.
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, we do our best to accommodate rescheduling without penalty.
Refunds for Services
Because time is reserved specifically for you and your pets, refunds for completed services are not available. However, if a service does not meet your expectations, please reach out — we’re committed to making it right and maintaining trust with every client.
